How to request a refund

Email info@thawlab.com with your order number and a short note. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
