Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping times

ThawLab ships worldwide. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days after processing, depending on your location. Some items ship directly from our production partners, so occasionally items in the same order may arrive separately — at no extra cost to you.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $60 USD. Orders under $60 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.

Delays

Customs, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us at info@thawlab.com and we'll make it right.

Wrong or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
